HIIT, abbreviation for what? Thanks, kay.
Hyper Intense Interval Training The term was coined by Dr Mercola. Using a stat bike he would race for 30 seconds then recover for 90 seconds then repeat for a total of eight sprints. He claimed getting the heart rate to 90% of maximum for eight sprints caused massive release of Growth Hormone.
