My husband has been using Smovey rings for about 7 years now. He has a daily 30 minute routine. His PD is tremor dominant. The vibration they create is very helpful to him.
I’ve been using them occasionally in my workout. I think they help
I loved them and wish I could have kept them. But the plastic and grease smell was too overpowering for me.
