Have had PD symptoms since January 2022 began Mirapexin in July.After a year symptoms got worse,changed physician who gave bigger dosage of mirapexin and added Madopar1/2x3. Feeling great for about 6 months ,downhill again with stiffness gait abnormalities tremor in left hand.Up the pills a knot,better for a week ,ten days … then almost as before the change.Has anyone an experience with STALEVO ?Maybe it’s time to change ?55 years old by the way .

Sure, stalevo is a bit better. I recommend pursuing disease modifying interventions - regular exercise, and high dose thiamine. There are additional possibilities but these are a good start.
