Has anyone had any success with hypnosis to calm tremor and anxiety? Did a search on HU and didn't find much here except a good vide of David Spiegel.

I had hypnosis done for anxiety/stress and it helped a lot! I'm not sure if it would help tremor though - since this is a physical ailment.

I figure since tremor gets worse with anxiety, anything that helps with anxiety will also help with tremors. Where did you get your hypnosis done? What type was it and how many sessions did you have?

Three sessions in Stoney Creek, Canada. I could feel the difference within the first 1/2 hour. Yes, less anxiety usually equals less tremor.

Did they teach you self hypnosis as well?

No they didn't, but 3 sessions was enough for me. I could actually feel the release of fear.
