beehive23 recommended the Pro-Shiatsu Portable Massager for my neck and it is AWESOME! They don't make them anymore, but I found one on eBay (there are plenty more) for $25 ($42 total with tax and shipping). I love it: youtu.be/gTR2gYl9LtE?si=acL...
Sinemet for me works for rigidity
A heat pack is also good. Especially if there is pain.
Go to a physical therapist who understands Parkinson’s.
I try to be attentive to how my neck is feeling during the day, how I'm holding it when sitting and how I'm using or not using neck muscles when bending over.
I find that pilates exercises help—but if you're not familiar with pilates, get help from a pilates trainer who works with people with parkinson's. I've also found physical therapy helpful.
I have stenosis in my neck. So I do neck exercises and stretching, but pt and massage plus heat/cold are unbeatable. Also arnica and ibuprofen.
