Not good at sharing stuff on the computer but I'm hoping this goes through. As a life-long 'over doer' I had problems with the idea that one can over-do exercise. That the sweet spot is something like 100 minutes per week. Dr Mercola has some ideas that seem radical but not everything he says is wrong.
