Mirtazapine and Lorazepan..

I have been on these for some time now for depression and anxiety. I think they are not helping me to use my muscles and I worry that they may interact with any other complimentary herbs or tabs.

I also want to try the Keto diet and intermittant fasting, as I have heard it helps clear the toxins out of the body. . Has anyone else tried these to see if it makes a difference.

I have had PD for nearly ten years, and my meds dont last very long before the off period lifts its ugly head..
