That is an interesting video! So this doctor thinks PD is caused by a bacterial infection and thinks that infection is C Diff. Berberine has been shown to help treat C Diff (but not as a monotherapy).
and remember how he talked about the DANGER of antibiotics? And the brain doc says that there is a definite correlation between excess antibiotics ... and ... PD patients?
i'm not sure what your point is ... often there are 'duplicates' on this forum... we can't be expected to 'track' and 'check' zillions of posts to see if similar info was posted before
the last two months -- since the first time i self-diagnosed one jun 20, 2021 --
i started to see VISIBLE tremors in my hands...
they are still very very small ... and sporadic
and eating with my right hand and hold utensils you usually (the last day or so its lessened considerably) see a very small shake of the spoon, etc
because of a bad left hip, i'm greatly restricted on exercise ... although it seems i can 'pedal' ... but when i pedal hard.. (HIIT training) -- I start to develop KNEE issues!
i bought some heavy ropes ... which are fantastic for cardio ... but then i started developing BACK pain!
geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez!

today is day #492 of my OMAD (one meal a day diet) in an attempt to "heal my (presumed) leaky gut/ fix my microbiome).
I've lost around 50 pounds from this but the last several months ... I haven't lost an ounce ... very frustrating because i want to lose another 30 pounds!

I do a super hot sauna for 90 minutes once or twice a week in my home sauna
