I am wondering if this is metabolized through the kidneys by any chance, or if it would affect them negatively.
The Restore Gold folks didn’t know. Or didn’t want to say. That’s understandable. You know how they always say about supplements “ask your doctor“? So I did, and the doctor refused to say yes, or no. Lol. But I can understand also. I thought maybe they would glance at the ingredients but I suppose it’s all kind of loosey-goosey as opposed to an actual medication.
if no one has heard, I can check the ingredients list. Thanks so much.

It seems like checking the names of all the ingredients then looking up the problems associated with each ingredient is a tedious but probably necessary process
it doesn't have that many ingredients- none of these seem particularly troubling - alpha lipoic acid can cause indigestion (I know this from experience)
L-tyrosine: It can make your kidneys work harder. In children, single amino acid supplements may cause growth problems. You should not take high doses of single amino acids for long periods of time.
Is TUDCA good for your kidneys?
TUDCA's many benefits include digestive support (especially for fats), promoting liver and kidney function, cellular support, and eye health.
Grape seed proanthocyanidin extract (GSPE) is a powerful antioxidant that is believed to protect the kidney through antioxidant action.
NAC plays a role in the detoxification of your kidneys and liver. It can help to prevent potential side effects of drugs and environmental factors — such as exposure to heavy metals — that may impact these organs.
L-carnitine: It has been reported that LC improves renal function via amelioration of oxidative damages and the anti-oxidant defensive system, and it was further suggested that L-carnitine supplementation or nutritional therapy may have some benefit in patients suffering from chronic renal failure
Alpha lipoic acid: ALA given as a dietary supplement has been shown to be able to reverse age-related decline in kidney function and serum total proteins [140]. These studies demonstrate the protective and preventative effects of ALA on kidney aging.
Thank you so much! This is what is it anything I would’ve done . And it will be nice for other people who might ask down the road very helpful. Thank you!
