Two-fer

PD is bad and prostate disease is bad. But both together is a two-fer. Peeing earlier today I aimed at the pot but shortly felt something on my ankle and realized I was peeing two streams. One in the pot and one off to the side, outside the pot and onto my ankle. So from now on I guess I have to watch for split streams while peeing.

I posted yesterday on another thread about the help my husband has had from taking sawpalmetto.His PSA was28 and is now down to5,his trips to the bathroom down from 7-8 per night to 2,It might help,worth researching?

My husband has PD, prostate ds and heart problems... That's all I can think of at the moment. I think it's pretty common but annoying.

I started giving him two artemisinin capsules 4 times a week. This has helped his symptoms greatly. He makes on trip to the bathroom or sometimes none.

Maybe 20 years ago I had him on saw palmetto but had read some negative things about SP and took him off that some years back. You could read up and decide what you think.

100mg per capsule.

Hi Violet. Do you have to monitor his liver function when you are taking artemisinin and can you take it continuously?

Do you need to take a break?

Several studies suggest that artemisinin and its derivatives can protect the liver through different mechanisms, such as those pertaining to inflammation, proliferation, invasion, metastasis, and induction of apoptosis and autophagy.

He takes it 4 days and goes off 3 days. When he cut back to 1/2 dose, unfortunately he reported tiny clots in his urine. We've tried that twice and same result, so onward with the normal advised dose of 200mg.

someone posted a while back about a supplement that help a lot with enlarged prostatectomy/night trips to bathroom. Was it artemisinin, or something else?

Was it Ozone? Ozone is a gas with a mild blue color. The stratosphere is a 50-mile deep layer of ozone that covers the planet. If you smell something unique during a lightening storm that's ozone.
