Interventions that have helped my condition. Implement the thiamine and the cinnamon one at a time and see how one works before proceeding with the other:
• High-dose thiamine. Dosing instructions and other information at the links. Many people with Parkinson's have benefited from this treatment. Allow four months for full effect:

A good source of thiamine HCl is here:

• Cinnamon. Allow two months for full effect. My report healthunlocked.com/cure-par...
In reading this forum, its easy to get overwhelmed trying to determine what would be helpful to add to your life. Ask 10 people on here and you'll get 10 different answers. I see a functional doctor to wade through and determine what would be good for me. I read some information on here and then ask him about it. The dr also has his own ideas of what i should be taking.
In response to your glutathione question. That is one of the supplements my dr has suggested for me. It is an internasal spray. I can't say it's made any noticeable difference.
You could be tested for toxins and metals.
You could have your hormones checked.
You can be tested for leaky gut or pylori virus.
Tested for viruses such as Epstein Barr , lymes.
It's a never-ending list and depends on how much money you want to allow it.
