What dose and how the B1 therapy works for others?

My functional medicine dr has suggested I get the book and try B1 500mg 2x day.

Any thoughts from others on how this may have helped.

Definitely get the book as it gives full information plus it’s there as an aid memoir which you will find yourself referring frequently to. The interview repeats what’s in the book and is a useful adjunct. Daphne Bryan also has a Facebook page re B1 treatment/ experience and she will personally answer your questions.
