I don't know if Binaural Beats help with PD or with brain plasticity, but I created some more. Remember, you need headphones, don't listen while driving. I have started listening while going on walks.

This time I included a complete book: 10 new Binaural Beats files. All have 100 hz base frequency and 138 hz secondary frequency.

100 hz is supposed to activate the vestibular system.

The base frequency switches from side to side every 10 minutes.

There is also a bell every 10 minutes to help you keep track of time.
