Has anyone experienced waves of strange pain in your head which radiates down your neck and arms after taking C/L - happened a few times

This has happened a few times about 15 minutes after taking my C/L.

Pain? strange feeling ...like the vibration of the strings on a guitar

I have felt this sort of pain when im off dopamine. Like a string tensing from my head to my leg and foot on My left side. Could be central pain.
