Does anyone feel like holding their cell phone exacerbates hand /arm symptoms? I mean even holding it lightly.

Yes, in fact friends hear it flapping.

When you set your phone in airplane mode, do you notice the same holding it?If not, then you may be EMF sensitive.

I almost always use it hands-free, or put it down on a hard surface to operate it!

Yes, my tremor starts up, though that could be that having to speak to someone is stressful.

Yes I absolutely have issues, like others that replied in hold it with non-tremor hand or place it on a hard surface. Haven't tried the airplane mode test yet....

I’m suspect of all devices and frequencies. I “feel” the sounds my phone makes. I have a smartmeter 😬 none of this technology is benign. With every new wave of technology comes biological issues.
