Body pain increases for few minutes every 3.5 hours

Any small pain in the body increases (sensation or feeling) with each downward crossover between ON time and OFF time. This increased pain sensation lasts for 30 minutes.

or we may say at every wear off of generic sinemet that is every 3.5 to 4 hours.

Mostly it is in the back. Relief after another person rubs the back with their open palms. While I am standing.

If I don't take the next C/L tablet at 4 hours after the first dose the pain disappears around 4-4.5 hours and tremor occur. Next at around 5-6 hrs from the first dose weakness of muscles appears in addition to tremor.

It is the pain that bothers, somehow if we can eliminate pain from the cycle? How can we take care of the pain?

Tremor is not that bad, and weakness of muscles is every 6 hrs

I would try to increase the dose of sinemet. If you take 100, try 150,'Also, when did this start? Did you ha.ve a big meal?

Dopamine is required for descending pain inhibition. Since I was first diagnosed a dozen years ago, pain ALL OVER has been a reliable symptom that my meds are wearing off. I had historically considered myself to have a high pain threshold (3 natural childbirths; no problem!) . I USED to have a high pain threshold. At least, I have a clear alarm bell that time for meds is approaching. I recently switched from generic carbidopa/levodopa to Rytary. That helps to decrease my painful Off periods.
