Thanks for that..I really wanted to know what the effects on your heart are if you ingest a fair amount of coconut oil on a daily basis...asa
Coconut oil is comprised of saturated fatty acids. Referring to the panel of charts at the top of the first link above, the second set from the left shows the impact of saturated fatty acids upon cardiovascular disease and total mortality. As shown, consumption of saturated fatty acids improves outcomes as compared to no consumption. Unsaturated fatty acids yield even better results, but that does not make saturated fatty acids bad. Also shown, excessive consumption of carbohydrates increases mortality and cardiovascular disease risk.
HEY PARK,
So i have been experimenting with the methyle cobalamin and the folate and what I was wondering
is 1200mcg to much folate to be ingesting on a daily basis?
Any amount is too much!
Check the research I quoted here:
Folate Supplementation Carcinogenic
anyway my heart is well coated with homocysteine which is what is the substance that his in most hearts is....so is there a way out of this? yes it is called cobalamin and that dose is 1000 mcg then there is folate not folic acid and that dosage is 400 mcg...the combination of these two will eliminate the homocysteine aka plaque that is in my body...
