The points are :

1 - MIT is very serious in its research, give birth to numerous start-ups ;

2 - the first paper very much recoup the theory beneath FUS-PTT... Is it positive or negative ? I do not know.

I don't want to sound pessimistic, Xenos, but there is a lot of speculation, trials, discoveries, etc. WHERE IS THE CURE?

FMT seems interesting, stem cells too far away, and then there is serendipity.
