I’m the same and it’s debilitating. I fall a lot but I haven’t broken anything yet Worst thing has been three cracked ribs I sprained my foot and lots of cuts and bruises. And the doctors don’t seem to know either

There are many possible causes of dizziness. People often report dizziness when they are actually experiencing lightheadedness. The first thing to do for both you and the original poster is to check for orthostatic hypotension - loss of blood pressure upon standing. This is easily done using a blood pressure cuff and comparing blood pressure when sitting (or lying down) versus standing. Ideally these numbers should be the same.

Once that is confirmed or excluded, there are different issues affecting the vestibular organ of the inner ear that can cause dizziness. It can also be caused by neurological problems, known as "intrinsic vertigo". I have had this upon occasion, most likely due to Parkinson's. These different causes can be properly distinguished and diagnosed by a workup at a hearing and balance center.

Thanks, my doctor doesn’t think it has anything to do with my blood pressure but I take it every day and it’s not the same. Today it is 150/83 sitting and standing it is 132/82. I’m on blood Pressure meds also

Do you feel lightheaded or dizzy upon transition to standing?

When you fall is it a result of loss of consciousness or some other reason?

Your blood pressure results are on the borderline of orthostatic hypotension. The above questions will help to clarify the situation.

Nope I never lose consciousness

You have some orthostatic hypotension but I am not sure what role it plays in your falls

It could be something as simple as hydration which can be difficult for PDers to keep up with. Do you drink a lot of water? The summer months are always the toughest for PDers. I'm 61, and lived with Parkinsons for 15 years. I'm terrible about drinking a good amount of water on a daily basis. But when I do, everything seems to work better; my blood pressure, bowels, urinary track, dry mouth, the cramping in my toes, and medications to name a few. When a friend or family member asks what they can do to help me, I say, "get me a glass of water and make me drink it to the last drop!" Just a thought ....

P.S. The #1 cause of orthostatic hypotension is dehydration.

I know I’m not dehydrated because I drink at least 60 oz of water everyday

I had OH over a year ago. It was so bad that I felt I may be dying; dramatic, I know. My cardiologist and I finally found Flecainide which works for me. This was the fifth medication and 5 years of experimentation until this one worked for exactly my issues. What I have learned is that what works for many may not work for me. I am 5’5”, 125lbs and I metabolize meds and bugs way faster than most people, as my husband can attest. What I am trying to say is that everyone is so unique and we all need to listen to our own needs. And advocate for yourself until you feel better. This took me a lifetime to learn; I am perhaps a slow learner.

I have had dizziness off and on. I do attribute to Parkinson's. Mine is helped by vestibular PT exercises. You may want to request a referral to a physical therapist who specializes in neuro and have him/her evaluate you and advise appropriate PT.
