Maybe we should pay attention to our natural bacteria levels in our stomach. If depleted, constipation. Restore / maintenance by consuming yogurt and cranberries.

I agree, but ingesting probiotics has some risk. Nonetheless, I choose not to delay until researchers have dotted all their "i" and crossed all their "t".

ore and more information coming out about gut/brain connection. That's why I am not delaying taking the probiotic PXN21.
