Thanks! Must listen to it. I find these energy blueprint ones are usually really good. Luckily they aren’t usually 24 hour ones so you don’t have to listen to them immediately.

It doesn't look like there's much science on their "science" page...

Huh, good point. The thing that surprises me is that there weren’t dozens of posts from cynics proving it is a hoax. I do know there is lots of science that is as yet undiscovered and that what they teach at school isn’t always right but this seems to be a pretty fundamental law they are trying to overcome. Biological robots like animals and plants do seem to have many processes that we don’t know about. Eg the whole field of the microbiome affecting health is quite fascinating. Who knows what bacteria, viruses and fungi are capable of.

I've always understood that a simple and inexpensive method to stimulate the vagus nerve is by dipping your face in cold water. I know there are electronic devices that can do the same, but they tend to be pricey, but possibly a bit more convenient.

An inexpensive tens unit with a probe applied to the outer ear can also work as outlined in the following Psychology Today article from July of this year.

And a few other ways:

Huh, my teenaged daughter and now son have taken to rubbing their faces with an ice cube each morning to wake themselves up! And my other son takes a dip in our cold pool even in winter. The kids are onto something!
