I track sleep cycles w Oura ring and find that when I take 3 grams of the amino acid glycine my deep sleep increases noticeably. It is safe and inexpensive

How did you come upon the idea to use glycine to help with sleep? I have only heard of using the amino acid tryptophan to aid sleep.
