I have now started feeling breathlessness sometimes and I need to apply vicks in my nose to be at ease. While sleeping also occasionally it happens and I have to get up to breath properly. Is anyone facing this problem? Pl suggest a solution, if Yes!

See a doctor, may not be related to Parkinsons.
Are you having anxiety attacks possibly? You might also want to look into foods to avoid before bedtime.
My boyfriend has this and went to a pulmonary doctor and it is related to his PD.
He also has COPD now. They gave him an inhaler for twice a day and said exercising your core will help with that.
