My twin brother has the Parkinson’s. Over 3 years now. I know little about Parkinson’s right now and want to be able to know more and be able to help him deal with this.

Have him exercise frequently. In terms of supplements, i recommend Ashwaghanda. Its a good brain tonic

In addition the advice of others, i will also recommend thiamine B1. Please do a search.

Also if you don't mind i will like to ask-- are you identical twins? If so your case may help researchers understand the role of genes with PD
