Dopamine plays a crucial role in neurological conditions like Parkinson’s and mental health issues such as depression. Researchers have discovered the fastest way to measure the dopamine level providing results within seconds.

First-Ever Device For Early Detection Of Parkinson’s Disease.
Puzzling. The information required to identify Parkinsons Disease, if for now we accept it is confined to dopamine loss, is the dopamine level in the brain
Since dopamine doesnt cross the Blood Brain barrier, how can a blood test determine dopamine levels in the brain?
Strange. Implies that diagnosis even a few hours late is a problem!
Robert,
It sounds like a very interesting testing device, but I wonder if and when it we available to the masses and at what cost?
There are people who claim to be able to detect PD by smelling the person in question and there are dogs that have been trained to do the same with results in seconds also. These dogs are thought to be able to discern "the scent" as early as before the first PD symptoms manifest. Here is a link to a very brief article that discusses this area of PD research :

It seems like using dogs for this purpose would be relatively inexpensive once they are trained and I imagine diagnosis would be very quick!
It's been discussed on this forum before, but somebody needs to let those dogs out!
Just send a t-shirt of the person in question and let the dog do the diagnosis, no office visit needed. Seems like it could be very efficient.
