Hi all
This is a link to my vlog about my current lack of motivation.
Cheers,
Ian
136 vlogs is a lot of motivation. Everybody's entitled to slack off now and then, even PWP.
Hope you will start feeling better. Enjoyed all your vlogs. Mary
Hi Ian
Your blogs are always very helpful to my wife and I, so please keep them up and we wish you well and a prompt return to your motivational self!

Hi Ian watched your video this morning while waiting for the motivation to get out of bed. It's just the everyday struggle to do things and the exhaustion that comes with it constantly which makes me often want to stay in bed. But as you know your body will stiffen even more if you do. So I will soon get up go through the ambulations of the morning by which time it will be lunch . I will then attempt do something that I know I will not finish yet I wil start and then pretty soon it's time for bed again.
It's the monotony of living with parkinson you miss jumping out of bed in the morning, working, having a purpose, filling your day without the overwhelming tiredness and yet carrying the guilt if we bemoan such things less we belittle those with worse conditions or afflictions. A bit of a limbo illness really.
Thanks for your vlog wil look out for your next one..
Oh no! Enjoy your vlogs very much so please keep going! I am trying raw cacao nibs which are supposed to help energy and one thing which I have found for motivation is that I have been lucky enough to find a reasonably priced personal trainer who comes to me twice per week. I could never motivate myself to exercise but now I feel much better and stronger and I think motivation is gradually returning! Keep on keeping on Ian. All the best. Helen
Sorry you're feeling so down, Ian. It may be from a physical condition unrelated to PD. Would a general check-up help, do you think? You're in my prayers, dear friend
