Now as with all our posts we all take something different from it. For me it is the return of the bacon sandwich. B1 supplement mostly effective where body deficient due to insufficient in diet. Food rich in B1 whole grain and porcine meats.

B-1 explanation according to Robert Rogers PhD. People that had their B1 tested prior to taking B1 had normal levels. You need to have huge amounts to nudge the cycle back to the working order. The last sentence of the article tells you once you have reached that level you can stop till again gets depleted. I guess that is why it is so hard to find just the right daily amount.
