I take my meds every 4 hours 24 hours a day and i wake up in the morning feeling good.
The photo is my wife and 2 of my grand kids and their mom. This is near Ennis Tx. The clydesdales just come up to the fence so you can pet them. The owners put food out for people to feed them. Just go there pull off in the ditch and they come running.

You have many reasons to keep going 24 hours a day. Beautiful?
Regarding the meds, I too, take meds around the clock. Prior to Rytary, I I was taking meds every two hours. So, keep Rytary in mind if you need. To for the future.
You seem to maintain a very positive attitude. Good for you.
The 24 hour schedule sounds like it's working good for you and I don't see why a person couldn't take the meds on a 24 hour schedule either, however my Parkinsons doctor will onl give me the current 200 mg stalevo 6 times per day, with the last dose @ 10 or 1100PM. I guess they are afraid that I will be overdosed. Anyway, just wanted to run that by you for any comment you may have.
Do you wake up good or do you have to wait for your meds to catch up.
My husband is taking Madopar. He was taking four doses in twelve hours and then nothing for twelve hours and I suddenly realised he was having withdrawal symptoms so at 5.00 am one morning I insisted he took a tablet and it worked!
So now he has them at 10.00 am, 4.00pm, 10.00 pm, and whenever he wakes between 2.30 and 5.30 am. The Doctor and Parkinson's Nurse said whatever works for him and this does. I am delighted to hear he is not the only one on a 24 hour schedule, thank you.
It makes perfect sense to me. It was not my drs idea it was mine. Did not like waking in the morning helpless. Now i jump out of bed because i am fully medicated.
i have had the pleasure of being home with Abby the small one for the last 8 months. Every day after lunch she hides under my desk before she takes a nap. When her nana comes looking for her i tell a story about how she got lost. I have made up a different story every day.
Today's story was.
A Pokemon took her to a Pokemon gym where she battled with her Pokemons and won the gym. Then she escaped and ran all the way back to nana's house. At that time she jumps out and surprises her nana. By the way my desk has a glass top.
this is a short one sometimes i get carried away. And go on and on.
i am new to sinemet. i was advised 3 doses; 8am, 1pm, 5pm. it seems i should not take them later. i am taking other meds that fit around this schedule with 2 hr separations.
i have to nap after each sinemet dose. also before sinemet i had terrible sleep disturbance and still have it. before i was sleeping 3 hrs a night and a nap of 2 hrs. now i get a total more sleep 7 hrs with the 3 naps after sinemet. i am in nyc with bad weather and retired so not terrible now but when spring comes i like to do more.
