I have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s about 8 months ago. My problem started about two years ago when I exited the car started walking backwards and couldn’t stop until I fell on the ground.

It was the first time but not the last time.

My brother has Parkinsons and he cannot walk backwards without falling! Whats strange is him and I both feel better when we wear some type of heal on our shoes or boots! He wears engineer boots and I wear 2" heals all the time. If we don't, we both feel like we are going to fall backwards! Maybe we are on to something! Janet127
