Hi, my husband started it a month ago, please see post with lots of bits of conversations, some relevant and others not so.

He is on a break still while his anxiety subsides (hopefully) then will restart.

I am in my 4th month and positive changes happening. Feel stronger, energy better, tremoring less, deeper sleep and general good feelings. Use B1 injections as well and they seem to compliment each other. Do not take any PD. Rx meds but do take lot's of supplements.
