Diagnosed with CLl in 2004. Prostate Cancer in 2016 and Parkinson’s in 2018. A result of being exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam

I’m prescribed 1.5 mg of Pramipexole. Not sure if it helps PD but it helps me sleep and cured my restless legs

Yes it helped me sleep prior to pramipexole

Hi. Are you near Buffalo or Rochester? Both cities have a local PD chapter offering support, symposiums and information. They also have support groups.

Go to Parkinson.org. They will have the contact info for the Rochester Chapter. Also go to veterans.ny.gov. They have local liaison offices that can help you get assistance with your medical bills. My Buffalo contact says as long as you had one day on the ground in Nam you qualify. Good luck Johnny_joe.
