You do not say which meds you are taking. But if this is a levodopa preparation, if you have not already done so, you need to explore using a controlled-release/time release/sustained-release version, particularly for your evening dose.
If you are using Sinemet, (carbidopa/levodopa) the 4 hr gaps between doses seems reasonable. In addition, you should consider another equal dose at bedtime. Protein is know to interfere with levodopa absorbtion, but not all people are affected by this. As a general rule, it is better to take Sinemet on an empty stomach (30 min before or 2 hrs after meal).
The poster who put that post up yesterday posted it 20 something times yesterday and only joined the forum yesterday. Two common things seen in many spam posts!
Everything that Herc said except I can not take on an empty stomach.
I take a big blue Leva/Carb with other meds at 7am , 12 noon, 5pm , 10 before bed (only way I can sleep and move around a bit) We all have different metabolisms and demands on our body , you need to find what is best for you. A bit of experimenting may show the way. I find hot coffee or a coke and honey dip donuts to be helpful just before taking to line stomach and wash down meds and give your systems some energy. Try it.
