Wow, how quick, and is it not kool/cool? Great exercise. I remember when you were doing CrossFit, ?????, and posting photos. Good for you, a great example.

I did not hire a builder so i save about 20% on the cost and i am doing the plumbing, framing, drywall, paint, trim work, and tile with help from my loving wife and my son. We are building on his land about 30 feet from the side of his home. Too answer your question the cos t is very low. The total cost for the project is including the the 2,000 foot loft and the 1100 square ft living area and 1900 square ft shop is $32.00 a square ft.

This is amazing. I have just finished transforming a small back garden here in England with crazy paving and I thought I had done well. It’s not what you can’t do that counts! Well done!
