Does anyone know if this has helped chronic fatigue inPWP?

I believe that the first case that got Dr. C really looking hard at B-1 as a treatment was a fibromyalgia patient who was able to very significantly reduce their fatigue level using B-1. I will look for that and post it as soon as I find it as a reply to your question, but I specifically remember Dr. Costantini telling me that B-1 would likely help reduce fatigue in neurological conditions that have fatigue as a major symptom! I read that too somwhere. Also there was some reference to rheumatoid arthritis I think

And B-12. When I was first diagnosed I was horribly fatigued. A wonderful doctor discovered via blood test my abnormally low B-12 level.
