Yes, an interesting article.

I'm not convinced that it has to be the legs though.

I'd like to see a clinical trial that compared leg cycling to arm cycling to no cycling.

I agree wholeheartedly! But there is a much cheaper way to get the same results and that is by doing FAST WALKING!
