Please contact Dr. Costantini by email and just ask him to verify the dosing schedule for your husband. Dr. Costantini and Dr Colangeli have both said they will answer "all questions regarding thiamine and every question is important to them! It is a simple and straightforward question that he can answer for you quickly to make sure your husband is taking the correct dose and schedule!

If you are talking about the post I put up earlier today about the email that Dr. Costantini sent me today, I put it up, but then had to take it down when I realized it was not completely translated to English. I am going to send it back so that Dr. Colangeli can properly translate it when he gets back. It is important to make sure it is accurately reflecting what Dr. Costantini wants to say and I do not trust google translate for that level of accuracy. Sorry for any inconvenience or concern this may have caused. As soon as Dr. Colangeli returns it in its corrected form, it will be right back up on the forum! I think it is best to err on the side of caution!
