During my cardiologist appointment this afternoon after he told me my heart was excellent he asked about my Parkinson’s . He went on A while about the value of having a healthy gut bug population for everybody not just people with Parkinson’s . Eventually he recommended I try this product called restore to establish a healthy micro biome . He said it might help me sleep better lower my stress & blood pressure and possibly make Parkinson’s easier to manage. Comments ? .
RESTORE “ Magic dirt “ Is it anything useful - Cure Parkinson's
RESTORE “ Magic dirt “ Is it anything useful
I think good gut bacteria is essential. The first thing my integrative GP did was take a stool sample and then prescribe a whole range of pro biotics etc. I would give it a try.
RESTORE "Magic Dirt Water" is marketed for kids. It seems that regular RESTORE is for adults and would be more relevant.
There is assessment by John Brisson, author "Fix Your Gut" book (he is not MD though) which is not very favorable of Restore:
Well I finished my mannitol trial yesterday I must say today I feel better possibly for not having taken any Mannitol at all ha ha ha ha. I don’t know why it didn’t help me except for bowels easier to manage . Maybe because I wasn’t using it to replace sugar because in fact I never added sugar to anything in the first place . So today I ordered a supply of restore the magic dirt extracted from ancient coal deposits that is supposed to restore normal microbiota activity. I will of course post whether or not there’s any benefit for me at some point in the future adios Muchacho’s because I I am kind and helpful Until then God bless and be careful
