i dont have any tremor at all which is odd but apperntly it is worse if you dont have tremor - and no it does not hurt when i touch my shoulder only if i move it

hello I'm in the ~UK and diagnosed 10 yrs

Pain in your hips and shoulders are your muscles going into spasm. Try and look at yourself in the mirror, look at the level of your shoulders. You automatically protect what hurts by holding it up. Try and be aware of your posture. Your hips hurt because you are putting the weight of your body onto your strongest side. Try and stand even. If you have a Nintendo wii try standing on the balance board to record your body alignment. It may shock you at first but it reminds you to be conscious of your bodies position and alignment

You could buy a hoist and hang yourself from the ceiling lol..

Please don't think I am mocking .. because I am not ....

It's frustration ---- I so wish I could take the pressure off for my husband and make him more comfortable

The pain doesn't really hurt me any worse if touched, I get really tight in neck and lower back.. My hip stopped hurting with my meds.
