Yep my dad was on one and developed dementia. They said it was lewy bodies. I bought a vielight which seemed to help and I wondered why, it restores acetylcholine or something apparently. After a bit of digging I realised his Kemadrin (procycladine hydrochloride) could be causing low acetylcholine and the dementia which was why the vielight was working.

He's so much better off it, you wouldn't think he has dementia now.
