Thanks for that, I really like Radiolab which I heard about through the excellent 'No such thing as a Fish' Podcast. I hadn't heard that particular Radiolab episode though and I could see a link to how we have to try to retrain our bodies with PD.

It is interesting....it is a lot of what John Pepper has talked about. Conscious movement. It is best to keep an open mind and look at all possibilities. I find a little bit of everything applies to me!
