You probably mean Mirapex, a.k.a. pramipexole, a dopamine agonist. These have some potentially dire adverse effects so should only be tried after you have a reached the limits of what other PD meds can do for you.

Have you tried any of the MAO-B inhibitors - Azilect or selegiline? Be aware Mirapex can cause impulse control disorders such as compulsive sex, shopping or gambling, and potentially disabling loss of postural blood pressure regulation (orthostatic hypotension).

Is it a tremor at rest? You may want to go to a Movement Disorder Specialist who might consider a different diagnosis. How long have you had the tremor Rosabellazita? Does it interfere with you living your life?

I do go to a mds. It started in my pinkie in 2011. Its still the only symptom i have if it is pd. I dont like taking prescription drugs. Im trying this mirapex but im not feeling good about taking it. I read that it can lower my blood pressure. Who needs that. But the tremor is bad. Im able to work so far. It turns me into a recluse.
