What you don't use you lose! You are bound to feel week if you don't regularly exercise. It will not get better until you do start to exercise. It is never too lat e to start. Begin slowly for no more than ten minutes a day and slowly increase it by a couple of minutes each week. If you want to start doing fast walking, even if you think you are not able to do it, then look at my website - reverseparkinsons.net and contact me. I will tell you everything about it at no cost to yourself.

Well done! Try to do your exercise as intensively as possible and maintain it until you have to stop. Then have a rest day!

I am completely with John Pepper. Routine regular exercise has done wonders for me in suppressing almost all PD symptoms.

My Neurologist has been completely unhelpful. The first year after my definitive DAT Scan dx, he recommended that I take a daily adult multivitamin; the next year he suggested a daily prune! He is waiting for my symptoms to warrant prescribing the standard PD meds, and possibly later performing a surgical implant.

Please heed John Pepper's simple advice. Start viewing ecercise as a privilege and make time for it. Do whaf you can for starters and gradually increase intensity. And dont forget to allow your muscles time to recover beteen exercise days. I walk my dog on off days, for example.

And read John's book.

All the best,

SelfMeder
