it was a posting by connie18 earlier today.

I also saw a posting last month called: "Has anyone had problems with Entacapone (Comtan) side effects." You may want to read it. Just type this posting into the search tab above in the site and it should pop up.

I found your message to Connie 18, yes that is how my wife is as you said. I have a hard time getting her to eat anything. I am her husband today was bad day. Little cereal am lunch was a small piece of cabbage and small cucumber. To night a tangerine that is all. Doc will not tell me anything except carbon Levo wears off some times and you can do dbs or the pump. I have talk to people that had dbs and it not help them, besides they do one side of brain you have 2 sides. I ask why so many hours down time is she become allergic to it no answer to that. Thanks for your info appreciate people like you.

Interesting that I cheated tonight and had a piece of pizza (lots of protein). Its been 3 hours and I am really suffering from that pizza; really tasted good however! Try to laugh as much as possible and give your wife treats like candy or what she likes once in awhile. Finally, make sure you treat yourself also. You are a big blessing to your wife and no matter how she acts, she really loves you. Hang in there; goodnight.

forgot to finish replying to your concern. I believe that protein consumption might be your wife's problem; timing of when she gets her protein (and just food in general) is critical. She has to get protein; do not reduce it much but avoid big amounts in the morning and most of it should be consumed mid evening when her movement is not as necessary.
