I started walking funny though. My left foot ( effected side ) feels lighter than the other. I am use to it feeling heavier.

Why do Presidents of the United States have every need taken care of, live in luxury, spend any time free that they may have on the golf coarse, and still age so much in 8 years ?
Why is the only modern President to serve more than 2 terms already in a wheel chair ?
Hi sounds like its me that's written this! I'm exactly the same.The gym is really helping the muscle knots.I do the classes.Pilate's,aqua and balance balls.
And to what do you credit this change in yourself
Oh my wayward finger wants me to comment but I have none. Just woke up and still unsteady waiting for sunrise to fuel my engine with Madopar. I usually have some Dystonia in left foot before that, if I have to get to batroom immediately, but this morning no urgency yet...I’m waiting it out. Only 40 mins then about 30 mins to ‘kick in’. I have a Gym at my fingertips but never used it. Also 2 swimming pools and again I just look at them. Wish someone coukd give me the ‘push’ needed to use these facilities. I do need help....in case my ....yet to see.......enthusiasm, facilitates a fall.
My husband manages a Resort you see which provides the above amenities. That’s my story so far today. Hope it’s more productive than I sound.. one never quite knows what’s in store.
