Unbelievably after my last post on Sunday after doing the TRE exercise working on my trauma release I immediately developed a serious pain my right side and had to call an ambulance! On admission to hospital it turned out that I had a kidney stones 😨 the reason for not responding to questions!
I am now asking myself the question was this due to the TRE? Do kidney stones represent stored trauma & pain? It hurt going in so it will be painful to let go! It wasn't until now I realised that during the exercising I had a clear image of finding the body of my late mother and hadn't even thought that it was mothering Sunday.

Kidney stones take a long time to build up. No way it was from tre. Drink more water, less soda. The dr should tell you if its calcium or oxilate and how to adjust based on that. Good luck! Feel better.
NHS advice:
If you have a uric acid stone, you may be advised to drink around three litres (just over five pints) of water each day to try to dissolve it.
Uric acid stones are much softer than other types of kidney stone, and they can be made smaller if they're exposed to alkaline fluids.
You may need to take some medication to make your urine more alkaline before the uric acid stone starts to dissolve.
Wow! Congratulations on allowing yourself to be checked out - and be available to receive medical knowledge Kidney stones are something I know nothing about. However I do imagine that TRE (and for others their own favourite modality) is about creating space to allow healing. Yes, how lovely your mother memory arose around mothering day Louise Hay's book has a list of symptoms and what they represent. Do you have her book? Are you familiar with vibration (energy) as medicine? I'd be glad to chat; just to say that my Beloved responds to energy for pain relief. It amazes and delights me that he is painfree.
