Only known for a year but like many it's been there for awhile. The inner turmoil, anxiety and just feeling so alienated from yourself and everyone around you is worse than the physical symptoms for me so far. Being and not being at the same time.....

Tremendous ! Writing poetry has been a life-saver for me. I've found purpose and a home amongst other poets who haven't PD, but do have incredible understanding and empathy. I've a blog/poetry site, a book self-published, all of which has enabled me to keep going.

Thank you for such an important message but also such a beautiful piece of Art.

I write poems to settle myself and somehow to put the problems into some sort of form and kind of outside of me. I have many PD poems. It would be nice to share them. Perhaps we could make a place for that?

This is an excellent idea

The only issue I see is that the vast majority of pwp don’t experience the creative side effects that you and I experience

The creativity that you and I gain isn’t normal, but it’s an amazing feeling to know that I’m not alone in my creative insanity
