Massage with olive oil
My gym coach says to use the rolling bar over leg muscles everyday take magnesium and drink lots of water.
I also have some success with solid foam roller but it feels really masochistic. Wish there was a way to avoid the build up.
I told my gym coach the same thing but he said do it anyway everyday for 30 days and you should notice some relief. I’m just started trying it yesterday. It kills!
Sport ( walking, cycling, pilat etc) physiotherapy, yoga and my preference stretching That is my recipe and it works😊
