Sharp electric shock in my neck when walking down the street.

Diagnosed with PD a year ago but Meds never seemed to help. My sciatic nerve is inflamed also. The electric shock was massive and was one off. Not sure what this means?

Have you had MRI ? To look for pinched nerves ?

We first thought I had myelopathy
