Let it Go

The only way I can reduce stress is to stop interpreting and labeling every single movement and motion my body makes.

Searching for answers is time consuming and stress producing.

Let it Go!

I do not want to let it go. I want to know why no matter the drug, I still have tremor and pain.

Sorry you are still having a hard time Roy. What meds are you on now?

in reply toHikoi

Neupro 4 mg

Thats probably quivalent to just over one sinimet 100/25. You may need quite a bit more than that to calm your tremors so hang in there.

And besides, Neupro states it will take several weeks to have an effect. I wish they were more specific.

Classic way to deal with systematic stress reduction is o use Dr Norman Benson's Relaxation Technique. He has written three books.

We never really know why the body does what it does.

This beautiful organism we live in is very complicated.

So you are wise to let it go. Most of the time.

I pay attention to what makes me feel better.

I think I can replicate that, but I can't even do that.

So don't let that stress you out.

Just keep yourself comfortable and safe.

Blessings, Eva G. :)

Yes! I don't "highlight" those wonderful moments that happen. For example, I received a wonderful smile while I was exercising at the club the other day. I needed to mark that moment for my heart to appreciate.

Stress is far, far away at those times.
