I believe this is a fairly new drug on the market, it is an MOA-B inhibitor which assists Sinimet, has any one taken it or have any insight into its effect.

Xadago seems to be available in northern Europe, but I haven't encountered anyone using it or willng to advamce an opinion...

My Husbands Neurologist does not prescribe this drug as he says it is too weak to have any effect. I would like to know if anyone with mid to advanced parkinsons has tried it, as it is recommended for this stage of Parkinson.

My wife had tried Xadango but it made her dyskinesia worse... she says it is like Azilekt only slightly more powerful... If any of you guys want to try and live somewhere near LA Valley I can share a few...by the way my wife has very atypical PD, if she has one...we believe she's misdiagnosed, my brother had sent Xadango 2 month ago from Germany...

Thanks for the info. My husband seems to be following a classic PD path, sorry nowhere near you, we live in Spain.

Axilect did not seem to do anything for him.

Low B6 vitamin results

were normal except B6 which was low. I do not take any PD medication yet. Any thoughts on this?
